The tug of my world's tradition etched in modern skin under suburban skies. Hi, my name is Suzan and I b the sury. I would like to show you a little bit of myself. I'm an adventure. Allah discover new places with my new holiday from the her and there in her soft and the smell of fresh grass that make me feel happy. As I am transfer to my home country I'm da prepared by my mum, the number one chef. In my eyes I'm more casual with a bit of limbling. I'm surprised when I see a baby smile, pure. I am a sound of the ocean; it makes me calm and helps my mental health. And I am the right when once when people don't acknowledge me. I am a reflection of my shadow, and I'm the love and appreciation. Thank you.
Hi everyone, my name is Bill. I'm the admin assistant here at Dian disability alliance and today I would like to show you three photos of me. So here we go. The first photo I would like to share is this photo. Why I choose this photo is because that photo is actually, no, I was born overseas in China, Beijing, and this photo was taken in Beijing. The second photo that I would like to share means a lot to me. This is the first time that I went alone without family support. When I came to Australia, it was very exciting because this is actually the first camp that I've been to. The third photo I would like to show is this photo. This photo was taken all the way at the far end of the Blue Mountain line at Lift. Every time I travel on public transport, it reminds me of happy memories, happy times. I really love to travel to the Blue Mountains again if I can in the future. Thank you for listening. I hope you enjoy all the photos that I shared.
My name is Pauline David. I was the eldest out of four girls in my family and my relatives used to speak about my sisters moving out of home, them getting married, them having kids, and that really used to get to me. But I wanted to prove a point, so I made the decision to move out of home when I was 25. Being a person with disability didn't limit me at all when I was that age. I was going out and doing things and being as active as I could within my community. But that was the one thing that was stopping me: my family's limiting beliefs. Moving out of home for me changed my life. It made me become more independent. I became more involved with my community, more involved with access and inclusion for people with disability in my community in regards to speaking up and being involved with different organisations and being a voice for people with disability. I believe that if I didn't move out of home, I wouldn't have come as far as I am and be where I am today.
