About this Short Film
We Are All Blind, by Eric Lambati (Malawi, 2023), is a short film exploring blindness, sensory disability and the experience of children and teenagers in school and group settings. Rather than a single narrative, it uses moments and interactions to raise questions about inclusion, access and how communities notice and respond to difference. The film invites viewers to consider what it means to learn, play and belong when sight is not the only way of knowing the world. Screened in our Focus on Ability programme, it complements other works that celebrate the abilities and everyday achievements of people with disability.
