About this Short Film
We are pleased to present Brilliant, an animated short from The Brilliant Production Team (Australia, 2020). It explores perception, individuality and cognitive processing differences associated with autism, offering a vivid, sensory experience rather than a conventional story. The film uses animation to suggest how a child or teenager might experience the world, shifting viewpoint in ways that encourage curiosity and empathy.
