to be continued. We have our purpose of the hotel, which is care for the people so they can be their best. So the people means it's not just only the employee, the colleagues, the communities, the owners, but our colleagues, we believe in diversity, equity, inclusions. I think it's about the perceptions and that perception, it is something that we have to also contribute to the corrections of that. It is not because the government mandate each hotel has to employ, it's not because of the pressure from society, it is not because of that. I think we have to look into beyond our four borders and see what is it that we can contribute to the society in a way that make the entire societies better. They own abilities like everyone have their own abilities and that's something that they can contribute and we just have to find their inner passion, inner ability. One is from the engineer, another one is our barista, usually he's always here in the morning and extremely dedicated persons. Another person we have is in the housekeeping and also in the bakery, plus Kun Jack of course that work in the kitchen and like these five people that we have, they have really done a wonderful job. They really have contributed to the overall experience for the guests as well as for our colleagues too. We are privileged to work with APCD since before the hotel opened, so it's in 2018. So absolutely I think we are grateful for the partnership with APCD. The hotel has the responsibility to build confidence for these people that they are not inferior to anyone. If they are determined, they can do it without losing to anyone. Jack has been here for three years and I feel that it's not difficult at all. Some people will feel that doing this, fighting to find a normal person, it's not difficult at all. I feel that it's not difficult at all. some people will feel that doing this, fighting to find a normal person, it's not difficult at all. And when we start, we will see that we've been able to do that and we feel glad and proud of it here. And that's why we're here. That's why we're here.
