About this Short Film
Tsinu Leb, by Tesfaye Berhanu (Ethiopia, 2023), is a short film presented in the Focus on Ability International Short Film Festival. The film examines themes of ability, perception and success, and invites viewers to consider viewpoint and skill in new ways. It speaks to experiences around physical disability, wheelchairs and walking impairments without presuming a single narrative. We include it in our program because it opens space for conversations about art, achievement and group life, and the realities some young adults face, including homelessness. Audiences can expect a thoughtful, human portrait that aligns with the festival’s commitment to diverse abilities.
