This is what it feels like, a film about depression
Made by Brisbane School of Distance Education (Australia, 2023), this short film offers a thoughtful look at depression and mental health from youthful perspectives. It considers perception and viewpoint within a school context and pays attention to group dynamics and the ways teenagers experience mental illness. The film does not prescribe answers. It's been like a month since the last time we had a session. How's everything been since then?
